Welcome to Instructions for Customer to Pay Orders

Some orders are recorded as PENDING PAYMENT. 

This may happen when

  1. The site has DEFERRED PAYMENT active and the user chooses to PLACE ORDER
  2. If a Stripe payment is unsuccessful, the order is created but shows as Pending Payment. 

The order will be accessible on the customer's Account view under MANAGE ORDERS, but will show as PENDING PAYMENT. 

COPY AND PASTE THE FOLLOWING & SEND TO CUSTOMER WHO HAS AN OUTSTANDING PAYMENT: 

HOW TO PAY AN ORDER: 

  1. Log in with the account you used to create your order
  2. Click on the Account link from the shortcut on screen, or click on your name in the top right corner (desktop), or profile icon (mobile)
  3. Click on View Orders
  4. Find the Order that is in PENDING PAYMENT status
  5. Once you have the order you want to pay, click on VIEW or the ORDER REFERENCE to open your chosen order
  6. You will see the website's Order screen, and the available options to pay for the order. 
  7. Click on PAY BY CARD and enter your card details for payment
  8. Your order is now marked as PAID on your Orders list.
