At the show's discretion, you can choose to gather the Exhibitor's Bank Details for the purpose of paying out prize money. The exhibitor will see a note to this effect above the section where they enter their bank details, to confirm with them why they are being asked for those details.

To Enable/Disable Bank Details Option

1. Go to SuperShow > Settings > Competition Entries tab
2. From Competition Entries section, check/uncheck the box to
   1. Ask For Bank Account Details (Requested when creating a new Exhibitor)
   2. Bank Account Details is required (Mandatory)
3. Click Save Changes

This feature should be used in conjunction with the Pay out method on Prizes set to 'Electronic Funds Transfer'

IBAN Verification

Please raise a Service Desk request if you require IBAN Verification of new users' profiles for your event. 

Privacy Policy

Once a user creates an account on the SuperShow platform, they are agreeing to the GDPR/Privacy Policy. The 'Create New Profile' screen will give them a link to the terms, should they have any concerns.
Their bank details are stored securely on the server, hosted by ARD Software on secure servers.

As a general guideline, your internal Office Privacy Policies should be updated to include how to handle any downloads of information containing user's bank details.
