We recommend that, if using printed materials, you generate them from SuperShow using the Exhibitor Letter, which includes a list of all of the entries made per exhibitor. 

The Exhibitor Letter is the best recommendation, to use in conjunction with a windowed envelop, which will save you matching labels to envelopes, and also present a more professional presentation. 

There are a 2 ways to show address labels for preparing a Competitor Pack;

1. Use the Exhibitor Letter
   1. Benefits; Letter displays name and address in any DL or A4 sized windowed envelopes - saving you the need for address labels.
   2. All entries for that user are listed on the letter
   3. You can customise the text on the letter
2. Print Address Labels
   1. If using a postal system to distribute exhibit cards and not using windowed envelopes
   2. You have a number of print options;
      1. Print a label with the address of the entrant 
      2. Print a label with entrant name, class and entry numbers
      3. Print a label with a combinator of all of the above
         • Warning: if the content is over eg. 6 lines, it may not fit on the label. Please test before printing all labels.
