Wrong Exhibitor Listed?
In the case that an exhibitor has selected the wrong person's profile from their account as the entrant to a class, you can update this for them.
- Choose the Show Event > open the Entries section
- Find the entry in question, click EDIT
- As long as the person has the alternative account available under their profile, you can select it from the EXHIBITOR dropdown
- If there is no alternate account, you can impersonate that user, and create a new profile under their account for them.
- Once the correct exhibitor is listed, click Save Changes / Save and Close
Your update is immediately live on all views.
