Export professionally branded Exhibitor cards for your event. 

To generate PDF for print; 

  1. Choose Event
  2. Go to the ENTRIES section
  3. Open the DOWNLOAD PDFs tab
  4. Under EXHIBITOR CARDS, choose the layout you require
    Choose from the available options: 
    1. Two-part Exhibitor Cards (A6)
    2. Two-Part Exhibitor Cards (A7)
    3. Exhibitor Number Cards (A5 on A4)
    4. Single-Part Exhibitor Cards (A7 on A4)
    5. Single-Part Exhibitor Cards (A6 on A4)
    6. Single-Part Exhibitor Cards (A8 on A4)
    7. Brother QL700
  5. If printing for a single exhibitor only, you can filter to only print that exhibitor's cards using the 'Exhibitor select' option. 
  6. Choose if you want to include the Show logo on the exhibitor cards.
    • This is active by default. Deselect if you do not wish to include your event logo on the exhibitor card
  7. Once your format is selected, choose the categories that you want to print in that format. 
  8. Click DOWNLOAD PDF
  9. Your PDF will open in your computer's default PDF viewer programme
  10. Download the PDF and/or send it to your printer

Please note

  • Exhibitor cards will need to be cut in most cases. 
  • Perforated paper could be available from your stationery shops for some formats, which makes the cards easy to detach. 

Top Tips: 

  • The Exhibitor Letters and the Exhibitor Cards are printed in the same order by default. 
  • Print your Exhibitor Letters and Exhibitor Cards with the same selections to allow for the best packing process.
  • After generating the PDF, save as/edit the file name to include the selected section. This will help with future referencing. Thisi is most useful where your Exhibitors collect their cards on the morning. 
  • Some shows allow exhibitors to collect their Exhibitor Cards on the show mornings, other shows send the cards by post before the show. As a unique show, you may have your own specific method of distributing the Exhibit Cards.
