You can generate your PDFs as many times as you need, with various section breakdown options. 

It would be useful, for some shows, to send a draft of the schedule/catalogue to your printer so they can see how this year's Schedule/Catagloue will be sent to them. 

To create a PDF, you should first choose what fields to display on the output. 

Once you have this selected, generate your PDF of the Schedule. 

Before running a Catalogue, it is best to run your Entry Renumbering.
