Welcome to Bank Payout Process

EFT PAYOUTS REQUIRE

Bank Payment Details from the Exhibitors. 

The Payee must have: 

  • Valid IBAN
  • Valid BIC
  • Account Name

If any of these details are not used, that person's payout will be unsucccessful. 
It is the best advised to review your winner's bank details, using one of the CSV downloads, so that they entered the correct details, eg. some might put the BIC in the IBAN field, and vice versa. 

 

CREATE THE PAYOUT FILE

  1. Log in as Show Admin
  2. Go to SuperShow > Settings
  3. Open the Bank Payout Details tab
  4. Set the Payout Date for the day AFTER you upload the file.
    1. From users' experience with AIB, they have found that this is typically dependant on the bank's cut off time. If the cut off time is 3pm, and the file is uploaded before 3pm, the payout date should be the next day. If after 3pm, the payout day is the following day. 
    2. Please check with your Online Banking Team for the exact cut off times, alternatively, 3pm can be used as a rough estimate. 
    3. Click SAVE & CLOSE
  5. Go to your EVENT > Results
  6. Open the Download EFT XML
    • The total that will be paid out will show at the top of the tab. 
  7. Click on DOWNLOAD XML
    • Make sure you have set the Bank Payout date correctly first, or you will need to run this file again. 
  8. The file will download to your PC in XML format, which is what the Bank requires. 
  9. Upload this file through your Online Bank Account. 
    • More details on this should be available from your Online Banking Account Manager. 
    • Your Payout Date should be the same date as you have set on the EFT XML payout file. 

ONCE APPROVED

  1. Once the bank has confirmed all accounts have been paid, you can mark the payments as completed. 
  2. Go to your Event
  3. Go to Results
  4. Open Mark EFT Payments Made
  5. Upload the file that the bank paid out the winnings on. 
    1. This cannot be undone, so please be sure you are uploading the correct file. Please reference the exact timestamp of the file so that they match what you paid out through the bank. 
  6. Click on Upload Payments EFT XML
  7. Once completed, all payments within that file will be marked as completed.
