We recommend using the EFT payout method for processing high volumes of payouts in bulk - as part of that process, an automatic email is issued with the payout. 

If you are using a cash, or cheque payout method, you can print out a Results letter, which will give you the details of the all prize payments. 

Choose from a selection of results letters; 

• Winners Letters (A4)
  • includes all prize payout types (eft, cash, cheque)
  • includes all prize types (ie. cash, rosette, voucher, ribbon, etc.)
  • gives a Total Prizemoney value (includes all payout methods)
• Payout Letters (winners of cash prizes only) (A4)
  • includes all prizes that have a monetary value
  • gives a Total Prizemoney value (includes all payout methods)
• Payout Letters (inc. Bank Details) (A4)
  • Electronic Funds Transfer prizes
  • includes the payout bank account details
  • gives a Total Prizemoney value (includes all payout methods)

To access the Results Communication PDF outputs;

• Log into your SuperShow system as an Admin
• Expand your chosen event
• Click on Results > Download PDFs > Choose file to download > Choose categories > Click Download PDF
