Every Champion Class should be created as a class, as with all normal classes.
Championship Classes are set up as classes, with the Championship setting enabled.
The Championship class can be displayed, but once enabled, is not open for entry for the general public, even if the class status is marked as 'Open'.
To enable a Champion Class:
- From the Event, find the class that is the Champion Class
- Open the Settings tab within that class
- From the Attributes section, set 'Championship' to 'Champioship Class: No direct entry permitted'
- Click Save
- Open Feeder Classes tab
- Select the Qualifier classes from within your Show that the winners must compete in to be a qualifier to the Champion Class
- Click Save
When you set the feeder classes, the winners from those classes are available to choose from when entering the winner on RESULTS.
To select the Championship winner,
- Open Event > Results
- making sure the class is set to Closed so you can enter your Results
- Click on ENTER RESULTS on the Champion Class
- Choose from the Entrants in the Results Dropdown
- Upload your Champion winner image with the result
- Set the Status to Completed (further edits can be made) or Final (no furhter updates will be made)
