Tickets for ARD Software SuperShow events will appear on a dedicated tickets page, as part of your SuperShow platform - see an example on cityshow.supershow.io

 

Third Party Ticketing Script

  • If you are using a third party ticketing platform, you will need to embed the Ticket code into the SOURCE on any page to sell your tickets

TO EMBED THE TICKETING SCRIPT: 

  1. Open page you want to place your tickets
  2. Click on SOURCE in the Upper or Lower Content
  3. Paste the script provided by the third party ticketing supplier in your source view
  4. Click SOURCE again and you might see the preview appear - please note, this does not automatically appear with older ticketing codes, but it will still be there.
  5. Click SAVE
  6. View your page in the front end - the tickets should now be visible on your page

 

NB: There can be no preview of the TICKET in the back end page. Do not delete the EMBED CODE. 

View the public page instead, and you will see your tickets available on that page.
