There are 2 options on choosing how to allocate a Trade Stand site.

1. Use a Stand Allocation pre-populated list
2. Use manual entry of stand numbers

• TRAE DIRECTORY: Mark as Final to show on the Trade Directory

Once you have some applications received, you can start allocating stands. 

1. Open the Trade Stand application
2. Choose the application that you want to assign a site to
3. Go to the Allocations Tab on the application
4. Having decided on which method you wish to use, either
   1. Manually enter an Allocation Letter and Allocation Number
   2. Choose a Stand Allocation from your pre-populated list of stands created within the system
5. You can leave the 'Is Final' setting to No, until you are ready to share this information with the Trader
6. Once the 'Is Final' status is set to Yes, the stand allocation will display on the trader's trade applications page.
