Welcome to ADMINS: Impersonate a User

You, as a Show Admin, has the ability to IMPERSONATE a User that is active on your Show. 

TO IMPERSONATE A USER

  1. Log into your Show site as Show Admin
  2. Go to Administration > Users > Search for the User by Email or Name
  3. When you find the user, click on MORE
  4. Choose Impersonate
    1. You are now logged in as that user
    2. Check the name showing at the top right of your screen to check who you are logged in as, at anytime
    3. You can now access their account to perform all activities that they are able to do
      1. Complete an order, process an entry, apply for a trade stand
      2. You can see if they have anything in their cart, and help them complete their order, if they are struggling
      3. You can see their animal details listed on their account
      4. You can see their name, address, and edit accordingly. 

All actions performed while IMPERSONATING a user should be handled carefully, as you are changing their information for all Shows. Their one profile is used on all shows operating on the platform.
