Create An Account

New Users

  • Everyone will be a new user on this platform - whether you have had a previous SuperShow Admin account, a previous competitor, or a Trade profile.
  • Once you create an account on any of the ISA SuperShow platform websites, you can log into all show public websites on the platform with a single sign-on.
  • Once you have an account created, the SuperAdmin or your SuperUser will be able to assign the relevant roles to you to start editing your site.
  • You only need to remember one login email and password to log in to ANY ISA SuperShow Platform site.

Let's Get Started, Create an Account: 

  1. Go to any show using the ISA SuperShow Platform
    • It does not matter which site you create your account with, as the account will carry to every show site on the platform.
  2. Click on LOGIN from the top menu
    • Once you create your account, you will be able to see the full list of sites (right side menu) and change to another site on the ISA SuperShow Platform
  3. Click CREATE ACCOUNT on the Login screen, if you have not yet created one.
  4. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, your preferred Email Address, and create a strong password.
    • What is a strong password: Between 8 and 64 characters, contain at least an UPPERCASE and a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (!@#$%^&*()\-_=+{};:,<.>)
    • If you forget this password anytime, you can send yourself a FORGOT PASSWORD request. Click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link on the login screen and a link will be sent to that email address to create a new password.
    • The link expires after 1 hour
    • You can change it as often as necessary.
  5. You can update your details at any time on the Account dashboard, including the sub-accounts used under that email address, and your stored animals.
    1. You will see a dropdown at the top of the right-hand menu, where you can switch between sites when using a shared platform.
  7. Click on the Show Logo to go to the front end of the website.
  8. You are now ready to enter competitions, apply for trade stands, purchase products, and more.
