In the case where they have made a typo or need to correct some information, they have the ability to do this.
HOW TO UPDATE AN ANIMAL's DETAILS
- Ask the user to log in to their Account Dashboard OR you can impersonate them
- Once logged in, click on the user name in the top right corner
- This will bring you to their ACCOUNT page
- Go to the ANIMALS section
- Click on MANAGE ANIMALS
- Find the animal in question, click EDIT
- Update the field that has incorrect information
- Click Save and Close
This has now updated that animal for ALL SHOWS.
It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to provide the correct information.
