You can upload a file to your web page, that will allow users to download it directly. 

  1. Choose the Web Page to upload the file on 
  2. Open the FILES tab
  3. Click ADD 
  4. Choose from SEARCH ALL FILES BY TITLE / LATEST UPLOADS / UPLOAD NEW FILE
  5. Click UPDATE to upload to the page
  6. The file is now visible on your webpage

If you want to create a link to this file, click the 'Public URL' that is now visible with the file you have just uploaded and it will automatically copy.
