An automatic email is an email that is sent to the user after an action performed on the site.
The automatic emails are sent with each template (potentially);
- 1 individual email to the customer
- 1 separate email to the Admin
To Update your Automatic Email Templates: Administration > Settings > Email Templates
Add as much information that you want to share to your Exhibitors and Customers,
- Include useful links, useful information and tips on how to get the best from their SuperShow Account on your website
- Outline the use of the Dashboard to review Orders, Competition Entries, Trade Stand Applications, Membership
Email Templates include:
- Competition Entry created
- Trade Stand Application created
- Order created
- Become A Sponsor form completed
- Trade Stand Application status updates
Depending on your Product agreement.
AUTOMATIC EMAIL CONTENT
- From each option listed on the Email Templates section, you can edit the content. Each email will have a title, header, and body of content.
- A [fieldwithsquarebracket] denotes an automatically populated field.
- Please do not remove these, unless confident to do so. You can replace them later if you wish.
- Automatic Emails are sent to the Customer and/or Admin.
- Choose to send a copy of the email to the customer and/or the admin from the templates view, or from the templates list view.
- You can set multiple email address to send the Admin Copy email to.
- Default global site notifications admin email will be used if not set
- Choose Save & Send to receive a test email
- Once finished, click Save & Close.
