The platform supports multiple types of Trade Areas; Indoor, Outdoor, Food, Non-Food. These areas can have specific questions, depending on the type of area being chosen.
Create a Trade Area
- Go to your Show Event > Open Trade Areas module
- Click Add or Edit
- Enter a Title for the Area
- Enter a position in the listing for the area
- Give the Area a location title, eg. Green Road.
- In the Site Specifications area, you can detail out the various elements of the site being sold in this trade area. Eg. Grass surface, Tarmacadam surface, Sand surface, Ideal for X or Y, Height or any size restrictions, typical footfall - This section is visible to the public when applying.
- Add Notes - these are in addition to the Site Specifications, and could be used for eg. a special offer on the area, highlight that spaces are limited, or any other information that is pertinent
- Choose the TYPE of stand that this will be:
- Is this a Food Area? - Yes or No
- Is this an Indoor or Outdoor Area? * - Yes or No
- These will determine any specific queries that are set out in the Trade Stand application, as per your Settings for the Trade application.
