Welcome to Allow Multiple Entries Per Class

Add multiple entries at once

In the case where no animal details are needed, you can update the class to allow your exhibitors to enter multiple entries with one click. 

You should assign this setting to all classes that you want this to happen for. 

Update your setting per class

  1. Open the Class in question
  2. Go to the Settings tab
  3. Under the Entry Fields section, go to Allow same sets of Details
  4. Set this to YES if you want the exhibitor to simply enter the number of entries they will put into this class
  5. Click Save Changes and the update is applied immediately.

 

Allow same sets of details

If you have not set this when you created your classes initially, you should use the bulk update option. 

Download the classes - change the setting on the excel sheet to what you want it to be - import the sheet back into your event. 
You can delete all columns on the sheet before reimporting - apart from the Categories, Class numbers and titles, and the 'Allow same sets of Details' if you prefer to.
