Applicant starts their trade stand application:
- The user can first view the available options on the Pricing Page (/trade-applications/pricing)
- Chooses 'Apply for Trade Stand' (/show-tradestand is the reserved URL for this page, eg. [yourdomain]/show-tradestand)
- Applicant clicks on ADD NEW APPLICATION or EDIT on an existing application
- Once the application has started; Choose the applicant profile for this application
- Optional sponsorship setting available at this point also
- Choose a trade area
- Choose a trade stand size
- Chooses from available Add-ons (Power, WiFi, Lunch delivery, etc.)
- Select the configuration for multiple stands (if enabled)
- Enter their business details (Company name, business description, contacts, etc.)
- Upload their Documentation (insurance, other required files)
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions
- Proceed to submit application for consideration
BOOKING SYSTEM
Check that your Trade Application Booking System is set to Enabled, under SuperShow>Settings>Trade Stand Applications
- Trade applicant fills in the trade application
- On the SUMMARY page, they choose ‘Submit for Approval’
- Show Admin notified by email
- Applicant can view the status on their Trade Stand Applications (Applications Waiting for Booking Approval) page, under Applications Waiting for Booking Approval
- Show Admin reviews the application - marks it Accepted or otherwise
- Email Notification goes to Trade applicant they have been accepted, and they can proceed to pay for the application
PAY NOW / PAY FOR BOOKED STAND
- Trade applicant fills in trade application/returns to approved application
- On the SUMMARY page, they choose ‘Proceed to Checkout’
- Review all items in the cart
- Trade Stand cost
- Sponsorship
- Late Fee
- In the Cart, update the Billing Address and Shipping Address if required
- Click update - add a new address, use the existing address
- Return to cart - complete the payment with the options specified by the show
