RESULTS GUIDE for RESULTS STEWARDS

Go to the show website
Log in with your Results Steward account (Email & password)
Go to Account
From Account view - click on Admin > Event Name > Results
From the SET RESULTS tab, find the category / section / class you want to enter
1. Use the search bar at the top to narrow down the list of classes
When you have your class, click ENTER RESULTS from the right of the class title
From the drop down menu under the PRIZES, set the winners
1. Prize 1 = 1st place
2. Prize 2 = 2nd place etc.
For each prize, you can upload an image/photo of the winning prize
1. The best display for photos on the result is a landscape format
2. Consider; do you want to include the exhibitor in the photo
3. Do you want to include the class sponsor in the photo
Click SAVE CHANGES / SAVE & CLOSE
1. If all prizes are filled, the status will automatically go to COMPLETED
2. If there are more prizes than winners, the default is INCOMPLETE
3. If you are unsure of the prize/placing, you can mark the class as QUERY (ie. to return to later)
4. Other available statuses are Not validated, Final, No entries forward, Not set

Some examples of scenarios that might happen:

An entry wins a prize, but is not listed
- Reason: this entry was not entered into the system before the show, and may have been taken/moved on the day
- How to resolve: the Show Administrator will need to manually enter the late entry / move the entry to the correct class in order to allocate the result.
A person wins, but there is no prize
- Reason: the prize has not been allocated on the class
- How to resolve: the Show Administrator will need to add the prize to the class in order to allocate the prize winner.
I uploaded the wrong image
- How to fix: simply click choose file again and upload the correct image

When the Show Administrator decides to publish the results to the public, they will be available on /show-results
