July 2025

1. Custom Fees: Advanced Ticket Booking Fees - add booking fee, admin fee, and any fee for your venue to the Show Ticket or general Event Tickets and/or products.
2. Outgoing Email Server Update: configuration update to allow for higher outgoing mail volume through the default outgoing mail server noreply@ardsoftware.com - recommended that all sites use their own Outgoing Mail Server - Reasonable usage terms apply to all sites using the default outgoing mail server. 
3. Results Payout: Automatic Template added for sending to payees using the EFT Bank Payout method. See email template named 'EFT Payment Confirmation'
4. Exhibitor List Print Order - additional output of order by Surname, or order by First Name. Choose an Individual Entry list sorted by First name, or the Individual Entry List sorted by Last Name. This will be available on the Entries module, under 'Download PDFs'.
5. Post code - default label on post code updated - does not include word 'eir code'
6. Guest Checkout Payment Options - no deferred payment option is available on the Guest Checkout process - only immediate card payment
7. Minor invoice layout updates
8. Field Set output for PDFs; if no name, tag number, id, registration number, no herd number exists for an animal, the Stud Name will still be displayed

June 2025

1. SHOW RESULTS page now only shows the current event results. To keep a copy of your past results visible on your website, please download the RESULTS PDF and upload it to a page where you want to display your past results.
2. NEW RESULTS VIEW: See the full list of all results on one screen. Use the URL /show-results-list/[eventid] to view the full list, one one screen. To add to the site, create your page and add the respective URL as a redirect. Note: this page takes a few moments to load, depending on the amount of results you are displaying. 
3. Competition Entries Mamangement -  The Competition Entry email now only sends AFTER the payment has been made. Also added an 'Exclude Unpaid Entries' setting to the Catalogue PDF settings.

   1. Added ability to turn off customer view of Receipt

   3. Show Admins will still be able to view the receipts on the transactions views, through the Admin Views.
   4. The site is set to display receipts to customers by default. You can change this to not display via COMMERCE > SETTINGS > Disable Payment Receipt > Set to YES to disable.

IMPORTANT STATUS UPDATES REGARDING FINISHING AN EVENT: We ask that all Shows pay particular attention to these updates as they are affecting your current Show platform: 

14 November 2023: Update on the 'Finishing' of the 2023 event and the opening of the 2024 event; 
The ‘finishing’ of one event, and the copying of the event to create a new event, will be released in the next week. 
We have been spending a substantial amount of time testing the closing of an event and opening of the next event, improving some items as per our last feedback session, and we are happy with the progress, however, it will be next week when we can release it for all shows. 
To prepare to open the 2024 event, please make sure all your data on the 2023 event is complete; results, orders, entries, applications.
All Web Pages are free to update at any time, as many of you have done already, they will not change. Make sure that you have no text references to last year’s show info, as that is now dated information. 
Once the next update is released, you should allow time to familiarise yourself with the new features. A follow-up meeting online will cover any queries that might arise and the Help Site will have additional information and videos. The date for the follow-up meeting will be confirmed in the next week.
IMPORTANT REGARDING ‘Finishing’ an Event.

• Once a show is marked as 'finished', you cannot edit the past entries, results, applications, and orders associated with the finished event.

• The classes, categories, prizes, trade settings, sponsors, judges, and business types can be copied across to your next event, BEFORE ‘finishing’ the last event, to create the new event.

• All Web Pages will stay the same.

• Terms (system page) will be included in the archive
