The SuperShow platform gives you a 'Become A Sponsor' form, where you can collect your sponsors information, and it will automatically populate to your Sponsors list per event, depending on the event that the particular sponsor chooses. 

You can find this form under your SYSTEM PAGES tab, under PAGES in the CMS. Simply move the menu section to a publicly accessible menu (Top/Main/Footer) and set a parent page.

Please note, that this form is for inquiries only. The default status of any sponsor that submits this form is 'Pending'. See Sponsorship Packages (Commerce) for payment options. 

Create Sponsorship Tiers 

  1. Go to SuperShow > Settings
  2. Open the SHOW SPONSORS tab
  3. In the Package Levels, add your preferred options
    1. Separate values using a full stop (.)
      1. This will show up as the sponsors options on the Become A Sponsor form
      2. This will also help to group your sponsors on the Tiered Listing of Sponsors on your Sponsors page.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Approving Sponsorship Enquiries

Once the Sponsor has submitted their request, you can adjust the package level and accept the Sponsor from that Sponsors detail view. 

  1. Go to the Event that the Sponsor has chosen
  2. Click on the SPONSORS module
  3. Click on EDIT to view the Details
  4. Go to Sponsorship Level
  5. Leave as is if this sponsor has confirmed their sponsorship deal with you, or change the dropdown if the agreed sponsorship differs. 
  6. When you are happy with the agreed sponsorship level, change the Approval Status from 'pending' to 'APPROVED'. 
  7. Click Save / Save & Close 

Once Approved, this Sponsor will appear in your SuperShow system, where you can apply them to Competition sections for Sponsorship, and they will appear on the full Sponsors List.
