An Exhibitor Letter will give you a professional letter format, together with an automated table of Entry Information. 

Once Exhibit Numbering is finalised, you can print the Exhibitor Letters. 

There are a number of options. 

  1. Choose EVENT > Entries > Download PDFs
  2. Choose from Exhibitor Letter options available.

The Letters will print in the same order as the Exhibit Cards. So this should make a pack-up situation easy.
It is recommended to print the same category per output, eg. Choose CATTLE Section and Print CATTLE Exhibitor Letter and CATTLE Exhibitor Card. The Exhibit Cards and Exhibitor Letters will be in the same order. TOP TIP: use windowed envelopes instead of address labels, the address is placed so that it can show in a windowed envelope.

Entering TEXT for the Exhibitor Letters

  1. Log in as Administrator
  2. Expand the SuperShow section
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on PDF Settings tab
  5. Enter the content into the Upper and Lower Content fields 

Upper Content

  • automatically shows Dear [Exhibitor Name]
  • Text entered in upper content field appears after the 'Dear' line.

Lower Content

  • will appear after the list of Competition Entries. 
  • add your sign off signature in the lower content

 

Content Suggestions for your Exhibitor Letter: 

If posting before show, we would suggest you include

  • Collection and Drop Off Times for Exhibits
  • References or links back to the website, eg. 
    • To review your entries online, please visit www.[domain.ie/com]/account. You can review your Entries under the MANAGE ENTRIES button. 
    • You can download your Order Invoices from your Account view 
    • You can edit any errors in your Contact Details from EDIT PROFILE INFO or MANAGE SUB-ACCOUNTS
    • You can MANAGE ANIMALS from your Account view, and correct any typos or make corrections
    • If using Bank Payouts, please double check your Bank Account details listed on your account for typos and errors. 
    • View copies of the Rules and Regulations, Movement information for animals, and any other useful information on the website - we recommend that you have your enclosed documents available to download from your website also, so the Exhibitor can reference them at any time online. 
    • Directions to Showgrounds per Exhibitor type.
