An email template is a reusable layout or format, consisting of text, links and potenially images, used to distribute automatic emails quickly and consistently, often saving time by providing a standard structure where the changeable text, also known as a 'key', is automatically populated, leaving only the surrounding text content to be updated per email template. 

Email Templates can be viewed and edited from your ARD Core SuperShow Admin Dashboard via Administration > Settings > Email Templates

To enabled or disable any of the email templates, check the individual settings on the list view. 

• Send to Customer - yes or no (to send the email of the customer)
• Send to Admin - yes or no (to send to the site admin email, and/or another specific email address)

Depending on the activity of the user/admin on the site, an automatic notification email will be sent.

GENERAL Email Templates

• Account Registration - after a user creates a new owner account (this does not apply to sub-accounts)
• Contact Enquiry - after someone submits an enquiry on the CONTACT US page of your website. The email will be sent to the site admin, or the enquiry type email set. 
• Response Enquiry
• User Created By Admin

COMMERCE Email Templates

• Order  Created - when an order is created in the checkout process
• Order Information - used when re-sending the Order information
• Order Payment Received
• Order Status Updated - when you update the status of an order, eg. from Unpaid to Paid

TRADE Email Templates

• Booking Enquiry First & Booking Enquiry With Deposit
  • Trade Stand Booked
  • Trade Stand Submission Status Updated \ Waiting Approval
  • Trade Stand Submission Status Updated \ Approved Purchase
  • Trade Stand Submission Status Updated \ Declined
  • Trade Stand Created
• Payment with Application

• Trade Enquiries Accepted only
  • Trade Stand Express Interest Created
