Email Templates can be edited from Administration > Settings > Email Templates
Depending on the activity of the user/admin, an email will be sent
- Application - ContactEnquiry
- After someone submits a form on the CONTACT US page of your website
- Commerce - OrderCreated
- When an order is created in the cart
- Commerce - OrderInformation
- Resending the Order information
- Commerce - OrderStatusUpdated
- When you update the status of an order, eg. from Unpaid to Paid.
To active any of the email templates, check the settings;
- Send to Customer - yes or no (the email of the customer entered)
- Send to Admin - yes or no (you can configure this, within the template, to be any email, if not the site system email)
You can also add specific email addresses for the email address to be sent to, if you need an Admin copy.
