Entrants could not create a new account

• The most likely reason is that they already had an account created on another show, that is using the ISA SuperShow platform. 
• Solution: Ask them to use the FORGOT PASSWORD link
• Office Support Solution: You can search for that user through Administration > Users > Search by email. You can then confirm if the account exists or not. 

Entrant's Order was not paid / Could not enter animals, being told already entered

• Some orders went to the PENDING PAYMENT status, so the user had already created the entry, but needed to be paid. 
• Exhibitor Solution: Go to their Account > Orders > View Orders > Click on Pay with Card
• Office Solution Solution: Find the order > Use Record Payment for non-card payments OR Impersonate User to pay by card

Why are my Championship winners not available from the Results list? 

• In order for a class to be a Champion Class on the system, you must set the Class to the Championship attribute
• Attribute set to 'Championship Class - no direct entry'
• Feeder Classes (qualifier classes) must be selected per Championship class to display the feeder classes (if set) on the schedule, and send the entrants to the results for that class.
