CLOSE ENTRY TO CLASSES
Complete all steps in order to stop all methods of entry for exhibitors.
- BULK CLOSE CLASSES Event > Classes > Bulk Update > Class Status > Set all to Closed
- Hide ENTER CLASS (/enter-class) page
- Leave SHOW/VIEW CLASS (/show-class) page visible, to view all classes - this will allow people to still view the class description, sponsors, and any categeory opening and closing notes while keeping the class marked as 'Closed'
- BLOCK CLASS ACCESS > SuperShow > Settings > Competition Entries > Allow Competition Pages Access to Public > Set to 'No - the public cannot see any Competition pages'
- Add a message here that will show on the competition entry page
- Delete All Unfinished Entries - this will ensure that any entries that have been started will not be able to be completed, after you have closed your entries. This can be done from Show Event > Entries > Delete All Unfinished Entries button.
The classes are now fully closed, while still being able to be viewed.
