Judges will only be displayed to the public if you choose to display them on your online entry views or on your schedule, or catalogue. 

 

ADDITIONAL functionality will be released over the next few weeks, in relation to Judges/Steward's entering results. 

 

Adding Judges will give you the ability to assign them to classes and categories, for judging. 

  1. Click on Judges
  2. Click + Add
  3. Enter the Judges Name
    • the minimum requirement is a First Name
  4. Assign your Judge to their show classes or categories
  5. Assign to the events that they will be judging

IMPORT JUDGES 

Using the attached file, you can bulk-upload Judges to the system. 

  1. Save as CSV UTF-8
  2. Delete the sample data displayed
  3. Enter your Jduges details, if preferred
  4. Assign the Judges to the classes and categories once imported

DISPLAYING JUDGES 

  1. Go to EVENT > CLASSES > SETTINGS
  2. Tick the box to choose: Do not Display Judges > Hide information relating to class Judges
  3. On PDF Settings for Schedule or Cataloue, choose to Show Class Judges. Leave unticked to hide. 
  4. On PDF Settings for Schedule or Cataloue, choose to Show Category Judges. Leave unticked to hide.
