After your customer has placed an order or submitted a payment successfully, they will land on the 'Success Page'
This page is a SYSTEM PAGE that can be edited to suit your event's requirements at any given time.
For example,
- Add actionable text
- Add links to your Trade Applications when you are accepting Trade Applications.
- Add a link to view Competition Entries when competition entries are open
- Add extra branding to your page
- Add an image that is relative to your customers purchase experience
- Show additional information that is not in the automatic email that is sent to the customer
To update this page
- Go to CMS > Pages
- Open the System Pages tab
- Choose the page Success (System)
- Click on Edit
- Update the content t to include more information for your customer, if preferred.
- Click Save Changes / Save and Close
By default, the page will show the following message:
