By assigning roles to people, you control how much information is visible to the user.
For example, if you want RESULTS STEWARDS added as Admins, they will only see the relevant results areas - they do not see the Commerce section, web pages, classes or any other information.

Show Admins can assign a role to another email address with the same level of permissions, or lower.
