Instant Entry Numbering is a setting that enables Shows to allocate an entry number to Exhibitors upon an entry being created.
Assign the entry number to any new entries as soon as they are created.
This process is very useful if you have already sent your catalogue to print/finalised printed information with entry numbers. This will allow the system to automatically number any new entries after the point when you enable it.
Once this is enabled by a Show Admin, it is not possible for a Show Admin to disable it without raising a ticket on the Service Desk to change it. This is to stop any accidental renumbering by any Show Admins.
Note: Numbering animals to give animal entries the same number on all appearances does not work with the Instant Entry Numbering process.
