Request the winner's to complete their missing information
Here is a sample email that you could send to your Winner's that have not completed their bank details.
NB - SHOW ADMIN! - You must have informed SuperShow about this so that we can enable the IBAN Verification tool on your site. The IBAN verification will not work otherwise.
Please raise a service desk ticket if you still need this enabled.
Sample Email Text:
Hi,
Congratulations on winning at the X X X Show over the weekend!
We have your prize money ready to pay out however your bank details are not entered correctly so we cannot pay you yet.
To add/correct your entered Bank Details:
- Simply go to [insert your show URL] and log back into your account where you entered (hint: the email that we have emailed to).
- Once logged in, you will see RESULTS on the left menu - click here.
- All of your winning entries are listed, alongside the link to edit your Exhibitor Profile.
- You will see the profiles to correct highlighted in red
- Click on the text in red in the Exhibito Ref column to go directly to your profile

On the next page, you will be asked to enter your Bank Account details - please correct your IBAN here

- The box will be highlighted as RED until the IBAN is correctly entered
- It will turn green once it is correct
- The BIC field will populate automatically once the correct IBAN is entered
- Please note that we value the safety of data highly. Your data is securely stored on the ISA SuperShow Platform and is covered by our GDPR Policy
- Once you are finished, please reply to this email to confirm that you have corrected your IBAN, and we can send your prize money to your account.
