Log in with your Validator Account
Check with your Supervisor if you are unable to login
From the Ticket Validation view on your Account, click on VALIDATE TICKETS
You will be brought to the scanning screen
Choose the Event if multiple events available
Set BACK FACING CAMERA
Point your phone at the visitors QR code on the ticket
a green success message will show for a successful scan.
a red warning will show if the ticket cannot be validated
View reasons for Failed Validation
Once validated, the attendee can proceed.
